Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

Cancellation Time Refund Amount
More than 48 hours before service 100% refund
24-48 hours before service 75% refund
6-24 hours before service 50% refund
Less than 6 hours or no-show No refund

2. Cancellation by Deep Tour and Travels

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), we will:

  • Notify you immediately
  • Offer a suitable alternative vehicle if available
  • Provide a 100% refund if no alternative is available or acceptable

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

4. Partial Services

If you terminate the service before completion (e.g., early return during an outstation trip), no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we may offer credit for future services.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Deep Tour and Travels management.
