Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, you must provide complete and accurate information including:

• Full name and contact details
• Pickup and drop locations
• Date and time of service
• Vehicle type preference

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via:

• Cash to the driver
• Online payment (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking)

For online payments, a booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once payment is verified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: No charge
• 6-24 hours before pickup: 25% of total fare
• Less than 6 hours before pickup: 50% of total fare
• No show: 100% of total fare

4. Vehicle Usage

The vehicle provided shall be used only for the purpose and route agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated to and approved by Deep Tour and Travels.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Not carry illegal substances or items
• Not smoke in the vehicle
• Be ready at the designated pickup time

6. Liability

Deep Tour and Travels shall not be liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Injuries resulting from customer negligence

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
